If your arches or bumpers are lose and wobbling about, or the gaps between the arch and the body work is too large, invest in a new set of plastic clips. Your bumpers are held to the car with a combination of metal / plastic brackets and plastic clips. If any of these become broken, your bumpers or wheel arches will become loose.
Plastic clips are available by the bagful from Ford parts departments, for pennies. The brackets are also available for a few English pounds. These are a wise investment to tidy up a sorry looking KA! |
