For this conversion the lights were sprayed prior to fitting.

1. Remove screw at rear of wheel arch on the sill. |
|
|
2. Prise arch away from wing that is held on with 4 clips.
|
|
3. Unplug indicator wiring and remove bulb holder by twisting it. You may find it easier to remove the screws holding the grill in place.
|
|
| 4. Remove upper and lower headlight bolt and the outer bolt which is behind the arch
|
|
|
5. Remove light unit from its location and unplug. |

| 6. Open panel on back of headlight, unplug headlight level adjuster and remove adjuster by twisting it. |
|
7. Remove the lower mounting bracket and fit it to new lights
|
 |
8. Fit level adjuster to new lights and plug it in
|
|
9.Connect wiring and replace headlight
|
|
10. Refit all bolts and clip arch back on and replace the screw from the rear of the arch of the sill
|
 |
| 11. Try the lights out and make sure the adjusters work correctly. Stand back and admire your work! |
